A qualified engineer tests the appliance properly — element continuity, thermostat calibration, fan motor, control board and supply — rather than guessing at the part.

One fixed labour fee. Everything explained.
£79 covers the expert diagnostic, the safety check and the labour to repair your appliance. Range cookers are £90. Parts are quoted separately, with your approval, before any work begins.

What's included
The fee is the visit — not just the first hour
Safety check
Every visit includes a check of the isolation switch, the wiring and the earth. If something upstream of the appliance is unsafe we tell you immediately and what to do about it.
12-month guarantee
The repair itself is guaranteed for a full year. If the same fault returns, we come back and fix it at no extra labour cost.
