Safety check
Every visit includes a check of the isolation switch, the wiring and the earth. If something upstream of the appliance is unsafe we tell you immediately and what to do about it.
12-month guarantee
The repair itself is guaranteed for a full year. If the same fault returns, we come back and fix it at no extra labour cost.

Our fixed labour fee is £79 for a single oven, double oven, built-in oven, freestanding cooker or cooker hob, and £90 for a range cooker. That covers the expert diagnostic, a full electrical safety check, the labour to carry out the repair and our 12-month guarantee. Parts are extra and only charged if one is needed — always quoted and agreed with you before any work begins.
