Booking & pricing · £79 fixed labour
How Much Does an Oven Repair Cost?
Our pricing is deliberately simple. The labour fee is fixed at £79 for single ovens, double ovens, built-in ovens, freestanding cookers and hobs, and £90 for range cookers. That covers the visit, the diagnostic, the safety check and the labour to carry out the repair. Parts are the only variable, and they are quoted and agreed before any work starts.
What usually causes it
Fixed labour, not an hourly rate
£79 covers the visit and the repair, whether it takes forty minutes or two hours.
Parts quoted before fitting
You approve the price of any part before we fit it. No part is ordered without your agreement.
Surcharges always visible
Same-day and emergency slots carry a surcharge that appears in your total on the booking form.
Repair versus replacement
If a repair is not economic we tell you honestly, and you only pay the labour fee for the visit.
What the £79 visit includes
Expert diagnostic
A qualified engineer tests the appliance properly — element continuity, thermostat calibration, fan motor, control board and supply — rather than guessing at the part.
Safety check
Every visit includes a check of the isolation switch, the wiring and the earth. If something upstream of the appliance is unsafe we tell you immediately and what to do about it.
12-month guarantee
The repair itself is guaranteed for a full year. If the same fault returns, we come back and fix it at no extra labour cost.
